Dr. Michelle Sieffert is a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. Dr. Sieffert recognizes that aging, pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight gain and weight loss affect each individual’s body in a unique way, and that every person’s goals and life situations are unique. As such, she works with every person individually to ensure their surgical plan is tailored to meet their goals and she delivers natural and beautiful results.
She combines her advanced surgical skill, her commitment to ongoing surgical education and a wonderful bedside manner to create a truly unforgettable experience.

Dr. Sieffert wants to walk with you through your journey, educating you about the changes occurring in your body and the options you have for your care because she wants you to make informed decisions. Dr. Sieffert will work to design a plan that is just right for you, consisting of surgical and non-surgical interventions to enhance your natural beauty. She places a strong focus on listening to her patient’s desires and helping them to achieve beautiful, long-lasting results.

Her History, Accredited Education & Professional Training
Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Dr. Sieffert graduated from Reno High School and attended the University of Arizona where she studied Biology, Chemistry, and Business and graduated top of her class with honors. She knew she would become a surgeon from a very young age, a decision inspired by her father who first introduced her to the operating room at 11 years of age where she fell in love with surgery.
She worked as support staff in the operating room from the time she was 18 years of age, and could not imagine doing anything else with her life than becoming a surgeon.

Dr. Sieffert matriculated at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and received her Medical Doctor and Masters of Business Administration degrees in order to better understand the changing and complex landscape of Medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Sieffert worked at the local hospital as a patient care technician and trained as an EMT.

Dr. Sieffert performed her Plastic Surgical Residency training at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. She conducted research on the rising costs of healthcare, targeted muscle reinnervation (TMR) surgery, head and neck reconstruction, and breast cancer. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Sieffert has primary authored multiple publications in major surgical journals, presented at prestigious national meetings, and helped to educate the next generation of plastic surgeons.
She is currently an Adjunct Faculty Member at Wright State University and continues to give lectures and teach surgical labs on Facial and Nasal cosmetic surgery to the Plastic Surgery Residents.

Dr. Sieffert offers her services at multiple locations throughout Columbus. She primarily operates in the outpatient setting at Central Ohio Surgical Institute, Riverside Outpatient Surgical Center, and Knightsbridge Surgical Center. When surgery is more appropriately performed in a hospital setting, Dr. Sieffert operates at Dublin Methodist Hospital.
She also performs smaller, less invasive procedures in the safety of a certified procedure room at the Donaldson Plastic Surgery, Dublin office.
